I found this commercial on jdefusion.com, and I thank Eduardo Brisolla for posting this. Although the video is not in English you will get the point.  Trust me by the time I finished watching, I was almost in tears.  Just take two minutes out of your life and watch this quick clip.

Sometimes we learn so much by watching children, and in this case this little boy shows us what leadership is all about.  Sometimes it just means beginning the struggle.  We should all remember that whether it be a project at work or something we are doing outside of work, sometimes just beginning is the hardest part.
