JD Edwards Support Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for a JD Edwards Support Analyst with strong technical knowledge of JD Edwards Financials to join the core team of talented professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review, analyze, and create documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or enhance systems.
* Translate functional specifications into technical development plans.
* Determine use of IT to improve product, service and/or program business processes.
* Interface with software vendors in order to support and troubleshoot any issues end users may have with ERP system.
* Provide basic development changes to systems.
* Act as the technical lead for the JD Edwards Financials ERP.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or Accounting is preferred.
* 2+ years of business systems and/or financial analysis experience required.
* In depth knowledge of Back End functionality and troubleshooting
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically with Microsoft Access.
* Proficient with basic accounting concepts.
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* In-depth knowledge JDE EnterpriseOne Financial Modules functionality
* Good communication and customer service skills, ability to relate to users in business terms and relate technical solutions to business needs
* Ability to work with many different personality types inside IT and in the user community; ability to flex communication style, approach and content based on the audience.
* SQL development and real estate knowledge is a plus.
