Stoneridge Electronics North America, an established designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electronics for the transportation industry, is hiring for the following positions:
ERP Change Management Team Leader
Serves as the Team Lead on the implementation of the Change Management Module which is part of a standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all business units. Responsibilities include analysis, design, project planning, and implementation tasks related to standardized proliferation of change management activities. Reports to the ERP Program Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
” University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Computer Science
” Proven Leadership in all aspects of Change Management for multiple sites; implementation of at least one successful JD Edwards implementation (JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.0 or more recent version) highly desired
” Must have a communication oriented background
” Strong knowledge of ERP in theory
” Proven experience with Program/Project Management disciplines
” Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
” Creation and communication of training and development modules
” Strong analysis-based decision-making skills
” Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP systems
” Familiarity with UPK (user productivity toolkit)
” Strong Business Acumen
ERP Distribution Team Member
Serves as Team Member on the implementation of the Customer Service Management functionality within a standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all business units. Responsibilities include analysis, design, and implementation tasks associated with Sales Ordering, Customer Service & Pricing. Reports to the ERP Distribution Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
” University Bachelor degree in Finance, Manufacturing, Business Administration, System Development or Computer Science
” Participation in all aspects of Customer Service Management implementation for at least one successful JD Edwards implementation (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 or more recent version) highly desired
” Must have a manufacturing industry customer service background
” Strong knowledge of ERP in theory
” Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange as well as in-line vehicle sequencing theories.
” Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
” Strong analysis-based decision-making skills
” Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP systems (Customer Service Management & associated modules)
” Strong Business Acumen
ERP MSC Team Member
Team Member for the implementation of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Module which is part of a standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all business units. Responsibilities include analysis, design, project planning, and implementation tasks. Reports to the ERP Manufacturing Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
” University degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, System Development or Computer Science
