*Production Support.
*Handling and guiding team in resolving level 2 issues from Sales and Distribution and
Manufacturing modules .
*Leading application support team.
*Review of New development requirements and Creation of Technical Specs.
*Review and testing of offshore deliverables .
*Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
