Minimum of 3 years developing solutions with heavy design experience. At least 2 years working with projects from inception to implementation. Working knowledge of a formal Systems Development Methodology. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and be able to partner with both business and technical teams a must.
Critical requirement: Must have understanding of ERP subject matter; ideally with some subject knowledge expertise with transportation.
Secondary knowledge requirement: Understanding of business intelligence/data warehousing, Cognos or like reporting tool a benefit.
