JOB SUMMARY:
Data-Entry driven individual that is detail oriented. Responsible for maintaining JD Edwards (JDE) system. Develops and maintains budget and costs for each community. Additionally, will Provide general administrative support in conjunction with direction from supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Plan, code and maintain JDE system for architecture base plan, alternative elevations and available option set up for community cost budgets, individual job cost, vendor selected cost and work order.
•    Build and fully utilize JDE item master for use of Bill of Material function for selected cost codes.
•    Plan, code and maintain JDE system for lot level set up for each section within each community.
•    Develop and maintain variable lot level budgets/costs provided by estimator for each community.
•    Develop JDE and Build Pro system start procedures to include system start date, creation of specific lot/house job cost start and work order release process.
•    Facilitate JDE and Build Pro release of work orders, field purchase orders and operating expenses.
•    Set up and maintenance of systems house, elevation and option sales pricing.
•    Provide general administrative support for costing department including routine processing of correspondence from rough or revised draft, data entry, and preparation of miscellaneous reports, filing and copying. May compile and verify information for reports.
•    Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to Prepare and Analyze Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow reports
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system a plus (PeopleSoft, Oracle, JD Edwards)

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overall and daily management of a branch operation, including all department operations and staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including both shop and field services.
* Manage the operation of the branch in accordance with company and budget goals.
* Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and standards.
* Plan, direct and manage branch activities in accordance with the branch’s budgeted financial objectives.
* Assure adequate manpower and supplies are available to complete work assignments.
* Review and organize staffing plans to insure they are consistent and adequate for attaining branch objectives. Resolve issues regarding supplies, equipment or manpower shortages.
* Develop annual branch budget.
* Monitor progress towards budgeted goals and implement cost controls or reductions as necessary.
* Monitor gross profit levels.
* Assess branch performance regarding quality of work and customer satisfaction.
* Follow up on escalated customer service concerns or complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
* Ensure all departments maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Ensure proper safety training and standards are in place, and that safety policies and procedures are followed.
* Develop marketing plans with sales and marketing departments to develop and increase branch business.
* Establish work standards and evaluate branch staff’s performance.
* Identify, address, and implement timely employee development and training opportunities, including succession planning.
* Hire, counsel, and discharge branch staff as necessary.
