The JD Edwards CNC / System Administrator is responsible for the installation and technical configuration of the JDE software, databases, and middleware in multiple environments. He/she will provide systems and database administration for the JDE application technical environments, as well as system support for the JDE business analysts and contractors. This individual will be responsible for tuning and performance monitoring of databases running JDE applications, applying necessary patches and upgrades. This individual will provide hands-on technical knowledge as well as manage internal customer relationships within the context of the role.

Requirements and Experience:
‘ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
‘ 5+ years direct CNC work experience with JD Edwards ‘ 3+ years with v8.11 or greater and Tools 8.97 or greater
‘ Experience with JDE in an IBM & Windows infrastructure environment
‘ Experience with JDE Real Time Events
‘ Experience with JDE Business Services
‘ Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as JD Edwards, Oracle, Microsoft technologies, IBM technologies.
‘ Conforms to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving.
‘ Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
‘ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
‘ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
