Manufacturing Supply Chain / Production Positions
- Senior Buyer to maximize cost savings opportunities and increase quality through strict vendor evaluation/qualification processes. Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Quality, Production, etc. Supply Chain or related business degree. 6+ years in supply chain supporting highly regulated manufacturing environment [i.e. ISO, FDA, cGMP, etc]
- Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate activities and maintain budgets and schedules on New Product Development projects. Work directly with clients, engineering and all supply chain functions insuring that cost objectives and schedules are met; contracts requirements are met; and that deliveries are made on time while maintaining quality. BS Engineeing, Supply Chain, Business or related field with 5 yrs.+ in Supply Chain function.
- Master Scheduler (2) to work with vendors, production, sales, product development and customer service to ensure goals and objectives are feasible and being met on time. Identify and implement cost savings plans and continuous improvement programs through the use of Lean/Six Sigma techniques. Coordinate with S&OP, sourcing/procurement, NPD and Inventory. Realize plant capabilities. Supply Chain/Business related degree; 7+ years in supply chain supporting the medical manufacturing industry &/or production planning for multi-plant operations in the US & Asia [knowledge of Oracle ERP systems a +].
- Purchasing Manager with strong Operations background needed to lead international and domestic sourcing & procurement efforts for a manufacturer of medical products. Perform vendor qualification, market analysis, ERP [SAP], weekly cycle counts, manage purchase orders and change notices. Also, coordinate with warehousing, shipping and supply chain personnel to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure on-time shipping & recieving, plus work with engineering, product development, quality and production to target cost-savings and lead-time reductions. Bachelors/Masters degree & 6-12 years experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Operations Management in a medical product manufacturing environment.
- Purchasing Manager to oversee all purchasing of raw materials, MRO, services and equipment for a major pharmaceutical company. This will include: developing purchasing startegies; insuring inventory levels are maintained; sourcing, selection & development of vendors, developing plans and strategies based on ERP information; and developing supplier quality standards. BS/MS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, etc, with 6+ years experience in Purchasing/Operations/Materials.
- Production Manager to manage and oversee a 2 shift operation manufacturing medical devices. Work under FDA guidelines implementing process improvement to manufacturing lines & material flow, evaluate key performance indicators, implement manufacturing methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) & quality improvements, and track work, materials and labor on ERP system. 7-10 years+ in production management preferably in medical devices or lot controlled products.
- Production Manager to ensure scheduling is met, oversee quality, safety and environmental, as well as coordinate with maintenance, inventory, purchasing, engineering, and finance departments. Meet strict industry and company guidelines, such as the FDA, ISO, cGMP/cGLP, etc. Identitfy cost saving opportunities and capital equipment needs. Perform scheduling, budgets, meetings, goals, employee evaluations, etc. BSChE/ME/EE [ChE preferred, and an accompanying MBA is a big bonus] and 10+ years supervisory experience in a union environment. ERP/MRP [SAP preferred].
